Music Coast supports artist creativity while protecting artists, listeners, rightsholders, and the public from deceptive or unauthorized AI use.

1. Purpose and scope

This policy applies to AI-generated, AI-assisted, synthetic voice, cloned voice, deepfake, and authenticity-sensitive music, artwork, video, images, metadata, profiles, and promotional materials submitted to or used on Music Coast.

2. Rights and consent

Uploaders must have all rights, licenses, permissions, and consents needed for the music, recordings, compositions, voices, likenesses, artwork, metadata, training or source materials, samples, stems, beats, and third-party materials they provide.

Music Coast may reject, remove, restrict, demonetize, or pause monetization for AI-related content if rights, identity, consent, or authenticity cannot be verified.

3. Synthetic voice, likeness, and impersonation

Do not upload content that imitates, clones, or suggests the voice, likeness, name, image, style, or identity of another artist or person without proper authorization. Deceptive impersonation, misleading artist profiles, fake collaborations, and confusing metadata are not allowed.

4. Disclosure and review

Music Coast may request disclosure when content is materially AI-generated or AI-assisted, especially when synthetic voices, likenesses, or third-party training or source materials are involved. Disclosure does not guarantee approval or monetization eligibility.

5. Monetization eligibility

AI-generated or AI-assisted content may be subject to additional review before uploads, profile control, territory availability, recommendation, promotion, or monetization features are enabled. Eligibility can depend on rights, metadata, territory, platform rules, and dispute status.

6. Enforcement

Music Coast may remove content, restrict features, hold or pause monetization, request additional documentation, or terminate access when content appears deceptive, unauthorized, infringing, or harmful to artists, listeners, or rightsholders.
