With more than 20 years of music-festival media experience, Shay leads Music Coast’s creative and editorial direction and works on the ground at covered festivals, capturing the artists, audiences, and defining moments through photography and live reporting across web, social, and mobile. Shay is a devoted family man who values time with his family.

With a background in information technology and security, Dillon leads Music Coast’s operations, technical systems, partnerships, and web development while co-managing its engineering team with Shay. He built MusicCoast.com, oversees its ongoing development and maintenance, and coordinates live Instagram and Facebook coverage at sponsored festivals; away from work, he is a devoted family man who enjoys traveling and exploring new destinations.
