Coins are optional digital fan-support items that may be purchased and assigned to an eligible artist where the feature is available. Coins are not currency, securities, bank deposits, gift cards, ownership interests, or statutory/collective royalties.

2. Subscription-included benefits
No subscription-included coin benefit is currently configured on the website. The purchase screen or applicable app store controls any active localized offer.
A subscription does not include a coin benefit unless the active checkout or app product expressly displays that benefit.
3. Artist support value and payout calculation
Coins are optional fan-support items, not royalties. Music Coast does not promise a fixed cash amount to an artist for each coin. Eligible artist support is calculated from the net proceeds assigned to an eligible artist after applicable app-store or payment-platform fees, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and fraud or rights-review adjustments.
Music Coast will not describe a coin as giving an artist an exact fixed amount unless the live product configuration and approved policy expressly establish that value. Artist eligibility, rights verification, fraud review, payout threshold, and valid payout information may be required.
4. Store fees, taxes, refunds, and chargebacks
Gross purchase price is not the same as artist support payable. App-store commissions, payment fees, taxes, currency conversion, refunds, chargebacks, fraudulent purchases, and legally required withholding may reduce or reverse the net eligible amount.
5. Assignment and reversals
A completed assignment may be treated as final once processed, subject to consumer law, app-store rules, fraud, duplicate transactions, refunds, chargebacks, rights disputes, or technical correction. Music Coast may suspend or reverse support tied to invalid activity.
6. No cash redemption by listeners
Listeners cannot redeem coins for cash, transfer them outside Music Coast, or use them as a general payment instrument. Unused coins and refunds are governed by the applicable store, checkout, Terms, and consumer law.
7. Relationship to royalties and advertising revenue
Coins are separate from statutory or collective royalties and separate from Music Coast’s 80/20 net attributable advertising-revenue program. They should appear as a distinct line or section on an artist statement when artist support becomes payable.
