With a background in information technology and security, Dillon leads Music Coast’s operations, technical systems, partnerships, and web development while co-managing its engineering team with Shay. He built MusicCoast.com, oversees its ongoing development and maintenance, and coordinates live Instagram and Facebook coverage at sponsored festivals; away from work, he is a devoted family man who enjoys traveling and exploring new destinations.
